Your Questions Answered

5 mins before is plenty, but again just on time is perfect too! Our clients come to relax and unwind, therefore we kindly request you switch off your mobile prior to coming into the salon.

Waxing, nails, pedicures, eyebrow and eyelash tinting are all very popular treatments prior to holidays. Lash lifts are also the perfect holiday treatment as you don’t need to wear mascara by the pool- eliminating ‘panda eyes’.

We recommend having treatment as close to your holiday date as possible. Many clients come a day or 2 before.

You can have most treatments. However we would recommend that you consult with our therapists. Due to insurance limitations, we can’t carry out beauty treatments and waxing, within the first three months of pregnancy due to certain oils and serums we use. We’d always suggest phoning ahead to check suitable treatments to avoid disappointment.

This depends on the colour of the marks which impacts on the type of treatment provided. Usually pink stretch marks are treatable. Silver ones less so. However a session of Radio Frequency Lipofirm can help.

Yes we’ve a number of male clients who come in for a variety of treatments. Men’s facials, massage, and waxing is very popular.

We run a ‘No Child Policy’ in the salon. This allows both you and our other clients to enjoy treatments without any distraction, especially if it’s a relaxing spa session. We also have a number of chemicals around the salon and health and safety is naturally one of our prime concerns for you and your children, as you cannot always keep an eye on your child whilst having treatment carried out.

We have a range of exclusive offers, available on a monthly basis, so check out Bonnie Quines social media for more information. We are on both Instagram and Facebook. You can also consult with a member of staff in salon too.

Vouchers can be bought in-salon or over the phone. They can be for any value or treatment and are a fantastic way to treat a friend or loved one. We can also send vouchers out to you.

We take a 50% fee for all online bookings made online. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation, otherwise your booking deposit will be retained and we’ll charge either 50% of the full treatment cost depending on ‘notice given or ‘no show’.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Bonnie Quines
