I have not bitten my nails for well over two years. I think breaking the habit is key and it is pretty impossible to bite acrylic so eventually I stopped trying. The salon and all the staff are super friendly and professional and make sure you leave with the nails you dreamed of. Would absolutely 100% recommend!
