Important Notice - Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As I’m sure you’ll all know Coronavirus has caused quite a bit of chaos and the government/ NHS will be implementing strict guidelines in the coming weeks.

Anyone showing ANY of the following, cold or flu-like symptoms must reschedule their appointment:

Coughing
Sneezing
Runny nose
Or high temperature

Being a nail salon, we would ask that you apply this rule anytime you are ill. This must be adhered to.

The salon is taking the guidelines very seriously and anyone showing signs of the symptoms will be politely asked to re-appoint and leave the salon immediately.

As many will appreciate, we simply cannot afford to self-isolate for 14 days each time one of us contracts a common cold. This is devastating to small businesses such as Bonnie Quines and will, of course, have an even bigger impact on client appointments as a whole.

A great many of us have elderly, vulnerable family members and people close to us undergoing various treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy to consider. I take the welfare of my family, staff and clients extremely seriously and therefore will do all I can to ensure additional cleaning and screening measures are in place.

I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and the understanding from those already taking appropriate action to avoid the spread of these nasty bugs. or simply unwell. It does not go un-noticed and is very much appreciated.

I fully understand that, at times, this will be inconvenient to all of us, but I can assure that we will do all we can to accommodate appointments when you are feeling better and will get you in as a priority booking.

Could we also remind all clients our salon is also a child free salon. No under 16's.
